Leah at the Sacramento Airport was awesome! However, when I had to exchange the car due to a nail on one of tire, I had to go to an AVIS in Stockton. The car they have provided me was dirty! Filthy dashboard, scratched up rear and front bumper. There were bugs crawling on us while driving. My husband had to vacuum and run it through the car wash. It was on a Sunday and only had 10 minutes to drive 13 miles, they knew that I will not have time to fill up the tank and they were insisting that I do. I was charged $10/gallon.
