The manager, Zelda if that's her real name, needs serious professional help. I merely came in to check in on a pick up in store order 6.5 hours after placing it (site specifically says orders are ready in about an hour) and was completely scolded and talked down to for coming into the store. She told me "if I would read the email...," which is BS because she didn't even know the order was there or how to deal with it. I would have never got my stuff if I didn't come in to check. She proceeded to tell me to "look around I'm not a $300/day store," when half the employees are doing nothing. It's retail, these stores won't exist in a few years. What a joke.
