    I'm a 20+ year customer. Called early in the morning wanting to talk with a Manager regarding a financial issue. Was told both were busy at the time so the receptionist took my information and said one of them would call me back. 6 hours later still no call. Had to ultimately go to the branch to get a simple question answered. Very bad customer service.
