Coming in, I was quite nerve because of all the bad you hear about salons. Well, it was time for me to get a trim and I said let me try this salon because wanted my professionally trimmed. My hair is kinky curly and I'm African American. Let me tell you... I had a great experience. Myra was the best hair cutter in my life. She did a wonderful job on my hair. I even brought the Paul Mitchell strengthen shampoo and conditioner duo. My hair was so soft and manageable. The salon had great customer service as well. I will be recommending this salon to my friends.

Phoned to make a reservation and arrived early, yet when it came time for our appointment the hairdresser took a walk-in before us. The attendant at the desk tried to correct her, and the hairdresser was extremely rude to her in response. Ended up having to leave because we ran out of time. Disappointing.

Brought my 11 year son for a simple haircut our first visit ever. 1st time they had my husband check his hair and it was stair stepping, uneven, a mess. My husband asked them to fix it. Then they brought my son to me and it was still unevenly cut on the sides, a bald spot where they cut too close on his neck and tried to say he has few hairs growing there which is a load of bs. I've had my son's hair cut many, MARY times before and NEVER came out with a bald spot. Nice try. Owning several businesses myself, I believe in giving people the opportunity to fix a problem, apologize, take ownership of your mistake but DO NOT try and come up with stories to somehow cover up YOUR screw up. Even the manager had nothing to say to rectify the problem but repeated the story of low hair count. I had to take my son to MY high-end hair dresser and had to pay her extra for after hours just to fix the mess they made in time for our trip out of town. Are these hairdressers even done with school yet? I'm not a hairdresser and they did as good as I could with clippers at home.
