I was going to wait until my daughter got some work done to write this review, but I'm so impressed I can't wait.
First of...Shianne...super cool lady. I hope she will forever be the tech we have the pleasure working with. My daughter has super high anxiety about dentists but Shianne helped melt all that away. She not only reassured and comforted her, but she related her own personal bad experiences and kept my kid informed so she wasn't constantly freaking out about every move made. Much appreciation for that.
Then Dr. Martha!!! Just came in, checked her teeth...and when she noticed my little girls anxiety kicking in just very calmly and I dare say lovingly started talking to her while simultaneously giving the assistant the info she need. Prestine!!! Best dentist experience ever. Looking forward to going back for the actual cleaning in a few weeks.
