Sitting this afternoon in our beautiful new home and just reflecting on how everything worked out to bring us here. Specifically, on how our agent RusSell Dinh, aka #XPRESSAGENT did to get us here. I actually wasn’t working with Russell to begin with. As a newbie and not knowing much, I just picked whoever called me back. My initial realtor was nice but I don't need nice, I want someone who can get us a home. I didn’t expect him/her to be on call 24/7 but at least respond to my voicemail or texts in a timely fashion. So, we parted ways and I asked my mortgage advisor if he can recommend an agent and Russell was the first on his list. Russell took the time to really get to know us, from what we want in the neighborhood, distance to/from work and most importantly, safety, as I have a 15 month old daughter. What I liked about Russell is he was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible, he was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Russell to any person looking to buy a home, as well as seek his service in any of my future real estate transactions. Russell, this is a long overdue thank you from us for all of your help in helping us find “our” home. You have been incredibly gracious to us through the process and we’ll be forever grateful for your kindness, understanding, patience and expertise. Thank you!
