Liberty Tax Service at 8775 Center Parkway, Sacramento, California.

This is the tackiest office I have ever seen. The people that work in there are inappropriate in what they wear, what they say and how they address the customer. They charged considerably more than they shared when I made my appointment for a simple EZ form ($211.00). The "so-called" manager was brash and looked as though she was going to troll the streets during the evening. I simply cannot believe this business remains operable given the amount of mortifying experiences that I encountered in a brief time period. I highly urge anyone not to torment yourself and to stay far from this location and the incapable persons working inside.
