Wow, I have been here for 3 years and granted things are a bit better with the new owner except for his greed! That is right. He is fixing things up with the tenants money as he squeezes you for every penny.
$350 for a dog poop fine? Can we just possibly have an sliding scale? Ridicules and the fine goes up to $400. Wait what?
They fined me $100 for my garbage disposal repair and have told me not to put food down it.
Parking is atrocious. We get letters on our doors constantly because of the parking and other people not obeying the Gestapo style management.
My front door was so crooked I could not get out of it. Panic!!!!
The maintenance man has no idea how to repair even though he says he has 10 years experience. It take 3 -4 times calling over and over for the same thing to get repaired and done.
The management on site is exceedingly strict, rude and unpersonable. I would not recommend to anyone.
