I have had 2 saxophones totally restored by John and he keeps my other instruments in top working order as well.
With 45 years experience, he is by far the best instrument repair man I have found and probably the best woodwind and brass repairman in Northern California. 'If Branford Marsalis trust John to work on his instruments he must be doing something right.
It is hard for me to believe that he could have insulted some one. John is very laid back and is always in a cheerful mood.
