It was only the second time after the assistant had just finished cleaning up which was like one month after a cavity procedure on the other tooth, I told the dental asst that he should look at the cavity again and he said on "oh yeah you are right". The front desk girl was laughing saying, so you self diagnosed.
Typical Asian style, lying by the wife, making things up, not giving full information when I need it such as releasing records to myself, cost of the procedure. Things that you need to know. This the only place I heard that charges you to get a copy of their own records. yeap.
Oh and they will blow you phone up for your cleaning, My insurance covers only twice a year but they want you to do it four times a year. good thing I have comprehensive plan but want their money so they need you to show up. I only came here cause my mom goes here and she only goes here because of language barrier she feels comfortable. My dad was out the door the first time he dealt with them and I can see why now.
