Capital OBGYN at 77 Cadillac Drive #230, Sacramento, California.

I liked them at first. They were very nice a month or so ago. Now every female behind the counter has an attitude.. They take forever to answer their phones.. But why? They don't do anything but sit at their desks so why tf does it take so long to answer??? I called to reschedule my appointment.. Turns out I never had an appt to reschedule in the first place ?? Then why do I have a card for Feb. 6th 4:10pm in my wallet??? Lol obviously I DID have an appt. They are unorganized.. My first few times here I didn't even know if my visit was done or not? They walk out the room without saying goodbye or any follow up instructions nothing... Very confusing.
