This place is a joke. I made an appointment for my dog to get heartworm medicine and they ran the test wrong which caused weeks of agony. I waited for 30 minutes to get the result after the blood sample, then the vet told me that is was positive. After that, she basically kicked me out of the office and told me to make another appointment, no explanation, or anything. I came back two weeks later and the receptionist had scheduled the wrong day for a re-test. I took off an entire day of work so I could be with my dog and they wouldn't even do the re-test even though they had messed up on the scheduling. I made an appointment with Sacramento Animal Hospital down the street and have been with them happily for the past year. They performed another test and told me it was negative and that this vet probably ran the test too long. I'm not promoting SAH, but there is better service in the area instead of going to this place.
