This lady along with another female and 2 kids. One in the car and the other being held until she switched kids, took the kid she was holding and got a different one to hold and left the other in the red van. She kept asking all the people for money. Every time a new customers comes in they go straight to them for more money. She has the gas hose hooked into her gas tank. It has been know that this has been going in at this Arco and the one next door, not to mention they both are pan handling at the post office on Franklin and Brookfield. I don't mind a helping hand but this seemed more like begging and not for gas. "So irritating"
