I wish I could give less than one star. I went in at 3:30 pm on a Monday. There was one teller and 12 customers in line, 12! There were three ladies sitting behind the barrier not helping anyone. Then, they wouldn't allow the transaction I needed after I was previously advised by their assistant manager of what I needed done and what to bring in, to which I complied. I have banked with BofA for 12 years now and this is the first experience I've had that was so terrible it made me want to switch banks. I will never do business at this branch again unless it's using the atm.
