Terrible service. Their person came to my house because my whole house vacuum wasn't getting enough suction. The person that came over tried to sell me a new hose and head and then said the motor had to be redone. He took it to his shop and and said it would be a week. I didn't hear from them for a few weeks. I called a couple of times and finally they brought the machine back. It was no better. I ordered a new filter from them, which was supposed to take a week and again had to call them a few weeks later just to get it. They were a complete waste of time, money and I would not recommend them at all.
